Recommended player, staff, evidence, rating, and report ban workflow.

RoxiReports Workflow

The best staff workflow is simple: claim the report, reply clearly, attach evidence when needed, and close only when the player has enough information.

Player workflow

  1. Open the report wizard.
  2. Select report type and priority.
  3. Write a clear subject and details.
  4. Track staff replies from My Reports.
  5. Add evidence if needed.
  6. Rate staff handling after the report is closed.

Staff workflow

  1. Open the staff workspace.
  2. Filter reports by status, category, priority, or search text.
  3. Open report details and review conversation/evidence.
  4. Claim the report before handling it.
  5. Use staff actions such as goto, bring, spectate, close, reopen, archive, or delete.
  6. Keep replies clear and avoid internal-only context in public messages.

Report states

  • Open: new or reopened report.
  • In Progress: claimed or actively handled by staff.
  • Closed: handled and ready for player feedback.
  • Archived: hidden from active workflows and ready for cleanup.

Feedback and stats

Players can rate a closed report once. Ratings are used for staff stats and leaderboard averages together with closed report counts.

Report bans

Use report bans for players abusing the reports system. Ban details should include a clear reason, expiry type, and identifier data where relevant.
